EasyAdmin by gets a face-lift

has unveiled a completely new look and feel to its innovative online administration system – EasyAdmin by . The online tool was launched in 2008 to relieve the administrative burden on intermediaries by simplifying the basic administration tasks involved in managing new and existing business. Since October 2008, Groupama has seen a 48% increase in the number of brokers using the system.

The changes have been made in response to broker feedback on the system and not only make the site more attractive and in keeping with Groupama’s corporate brand identity, but easier to navigate and use. Most importantly, with the recent end of the tax year, brokers can use the refreshed and revamped site to download P11D reports for their clients, quickly and simply.

Alistair Sclare, Groupama’s Director of Healthcare said: "This is all part of our on-going investment in making healthcare brokers’ lives easier – and key to this is seeking feedback on how we can constantly improve. Now more than ever before, brokers need to focus on winning and retaining business. EasyAdmin by enables them to do just that, focusing on the service side of their business, rather than being bogged down in administration."

Brokers can use EasyAdmin by to make routine changes and obtain information on existing business swiftly and efficiently – whether it’s deleting or adding information or producing duplicate certificates.
