Groupama is ‘Best for Customer Service’

continued its recent award-winning run by picking up the ‘Best for Customer Service’ award at the Health Insurance Awards on 22 October. Over 900 healthcare insurance professionals watched us receive the award at a prestigious award ceremony in London’s Grosvenor House Hotel. Laurent Matras, Groupama’s Managing Director, said: "This is a fantastic achievement for our healthcare team, particularly as the award was voted for entirely by healthcare brokers. Securing the award over market leaders Bupa and Axa definitely sends out the message that we’re ‘big enough to deliver, small enough to care".

A first class claims service

already has a great record for providing high quality customer service to brokers and customers. Customer claims satisfaction results average 97%, and initiatives such as ‘EasyAdmin’ have helped brokers save time by carrying out their policy administration online.

Laurent Matras adds: "Our approach to measuring and improving customer service enables to offer enhanced administrative and claims processes. This award win shows that the efforts of our hard-working teams in Letchworth haven’t gone unnoticed by our brokers and we’d like to thank everyone that voted for their continuing support."

The Health Insurance Awards are organised by Health Insurance & Protection Magazine. Lisa Hall, Customer Service Manager, received the award from Health Insurance magazine editor, David Sawers and Channel 4 comedian, Jason Manford.
