Lisa Hall - Customer Services Manager

Lisa began her career at Coca-Cola & Schweppes Beverages, where she held various roles including Quality Systems Development Manager. In 2000 Lisa joined Global Refund as a Manager of People Development and Customer Service.
Lisa joined Clinicare in 2005 as Customer Care Manager. Now a senior member of the management team, Lisa is responsible for customer services including complaint reporting and handling and service standards. In addition, Lisa has responsibility for managing the claims administration processes and membership policy administration.
