Stephen joined in January 2006 and has over 15 years experience in the PMI industry gained in a variety of roles with the former Royal & SunAlliance Healthcare and Assistance business and FirstAssist where he was appointed Technical Underwriting and Training Manager.

Stephen offers a wealth of both claims and underwriting technical expertise and focuses on the technical and compliance aspects of the business.

Stephen gained ACII accreditation and Chartered Insurer status in October 2003.
